The Rev. Cathy comes to us from Trinity Episcopal Church in Marble Falls, Texas where she had served as Associate Rector since 2013. From 2007-2013, she was the Chaplain for Trinity Episcopal School in Austin, Texas. Prior to her ordination, Cathy was responsible for all diocesan communications in the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee (1988-1996) She also has experience as a youth minister and retreat leader. Thanks be to God for calling Cathy to walk with and lead us at St. Martin's. |

The Reverend Lisa Green

Associate
Lisa joins St. Martin's after six years as Rector of St. John's Episcopal Church in Sutton, Massachusetts. Previously she served several churches in northern New Jersey, and before her ordination in 2008 was Associate Director of Interweave, an interfaith spirituality and wellness center. Lisa graduated from Drew Theological School in 2007 and from the College of William and Mary in 1983. She lives in Hampton with her husband the Rev. Warren Hicks, Priest-in-Charge at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, and their wheaten terrier Brendan. They have two adult children, Mary Mitchell and Jonathan Hicks. |

The Parish Administrator serves as office manager or director of operations for St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. With the support of the Rector, this position is responsible for creating, evaluating, communicating and enforcing processes, procedures and policies that support an efficient workflow, a healthy working environment, and fair, equitable and legal practices. Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, Kathleen joined the staff of St. Martin's Episcopal Church in January 2020.

Phaedra McNorton
Music Director
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Phaedra is a graduate of the New England Conservatory in Boston. Phaedra’s professional engagements have ranged from Opera to Musical Theatre. In 1999, Phaedra sang under the baton of Eduardo Müller of the Metropolitan Opera in the role of Agilea in Lucca, Italy. Other professional engagements include soloist for the AARP conventions at Chicago Symphony Hall and Nellis Airforce Base in Las Vegas. In 2001, Phaedra understudied the role of Emma under Sylvia Rhyne in Jekyll & Hyde at Downtown Cabaret Theatre in Bridgeport. As the Vocal Director at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Phaedra was responsible for casting and rehearsing all mainstage shows. In addition to her position as Music Director at St. Martin's, Phaedra is a staff member at William & Mary, and also provides private instruction to various individuals and groups.

Martha Caruso

Pastoral Care Coordinator
Martha, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, lived in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, before settling in Williamsburg with her husband, Frank. She has worked as a counselor, educator, and community event planner for the past 35 years. The Senior Pastoral Care position is responsible for providing information to seniors and/ or their children, about the available services that |
will help them to age safely in their homes. It includes home visits, home communion and planning events to encourage fellowship. There is also a Senior Pastoral care web site that includes a resource list, articles and links for seniors.

Church Bookkeeper
The Financial Manager of St. Martin’s, is responsible for accurately reporting our financial status to the Treasurer and Vestry Committee. Jennie brings years of accounting experience and collaborates with those who oversee, evaluate, and work with her including the talents of the dedicated staff, and volunteers who are passionate about the well-being of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church.
